Terms and conditions
The booking of a room on the website www.altreguesthouse.com implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions. For purchases on OTA portals (e.g. Booking.com), please refer to the general terms and conditions on their respective websites.
MODE OF RESERVATION
You can make an online booking using the booking system available on our website www.altreguesthouse.com.
In order to complete the booking process, you must provide your personal details, a telephone number, an email address, the period of your stay and the number of guests.
Payment can be made by credit and debit cards of the main interbank circuits and by bank transfer.
In case of bank transfer the guest has 2 days to pay the amount due. If the above time limits are not respected, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the requested accommodation will be put back on sale.
Reservation requests by bank transfer less than 10 days before arrival will be automatically cancelled.
RATES
Prices are in euros and are for the booked accommodation and for the requested period.
The agreed price includes water and electricity consumption, bathroom and bed linen and breakfast.
Altré reserves the right to change the published prices at any time and without prior notice. However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION
The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary depending on the type of fare chosen. Please check which conditions apply before selecting an option and proceeding with your purchase.
Reservations cancelled within the free cancellation period, if applicable by the chosen fare, will not incur any penalties. The full amount paid will then be returned with a refund to the same card used to make the payment and by bank transfer.
No refund will be given for cancellations made after the deadline for the rate purchased.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the agreed reservation will be retained.
In the case of a non-refundable rate, no amount will be refunded.
The reservation must be modified (where applicable) or cancelled using the "MANAGE RESERVATION" function on the www.altreguesthouse.com website. Alternatively, it can be requested by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and, in both cases, must be confirmed in writing by Altré.
OUT OF AVAILABILITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION
If, for reasons of force majeure, it is not possible to make the booked accommodation available to the guest, Altré reserves the right to assign another accommodation with the same or superior characteristics at the same price or, in extreme cases, to cancel the booking and refund the guest the full amount paid without the guest being able to make further claims for compensation of any kind.
Please note that, apart from what has been paid, nothing else will be refunded or compensated.
ARRIVAL
On the day of arrival the accommodation can be taken over from 15.30 to 20.30 by appointment. Check-in outside the indicated times is subject to an extra charge.
On arrival guests must show a valid identity document. If valid documents are not presented, the reservation will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be retained.
At the time of check-in the tourist tax of € 2.30 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights must be paid in cash. Categories of guests who are exempt from payment (see municipal regulations) are required to inform us in good time.
For the payment of any extra services requested on site we accept cash, credit cards and debit cards of the main international circuits.
DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, guests must leave the room by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed. Any damage caused to the property, to everything inside the rooms, to the furnishings or to the furniture must be compensated.
The need to leave the room later must be communicated at least two days before departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and may require an extra charge.
BREAKFAST
An Italian breakfast is always included in the rates and is prepared and eaten by the guests themselves in their own room with the equipment provided by Altré (e.g. kettle, coffee machine, milk frother). The breakfast includes, according to the law, only packaged food and drinks (e.g.: jam, honey, coffee, tea, biscuits, fruit juices).
It is the guest's obligation to inform Altré of any personal food allergies or intolerances or those of people travelling with him.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS
Our rates always include a weekly change of bed linen and towels.
For stays longer than one week, a change of linen will be made on a day agreed with the guests.
It is possible to ask for additional changes of sheets or towels for an extra charge.
ANIMALS
We accept small dogs and cats, one per room; guests must communicate their presence before booking. Pets must be kept on a leash in the common areas of the hotel and must never be left alone in the room.
RULES TO BE RESPECTED DURING THE STAY
Guests must respect the structure's rules and the emergency instructions posted inside each room.
Smoking is forbidden in all the areas of the hotel according to the Italian law.
It is strictly forbidden to copy the keys: trespassing, without authorisation, is a serious criminal offence.
It is forbidden to stay in the room in a number of people higher than that agreed at the time of booking.
It is forbidden to give access to the structure to strangers without having previously communicated to the manager and having received express consent.
All accommodation is delivered clean and in working order. If the guests notice anomalies in the cleaning or in the functioning of one or more components of the room, they must communicate it immediately to the staff present in the structure or by calling the number +39 351 891 2048.
